Topic Vodafone: a new web and mobile experience

He graduated in Economics and Commerce in 2005 and started working at Vodafone in the Strategy and Business Development division, where he followed the development of the MNVO business model, the acquisition of Tele2, and Vodafone’s entry in the fixed line market.  Subsequently, within the Residential Division, he assumed the role of coordinator of the commercial, operational and technical department, from the phase of the Vodafone Station launch to the leadership of the market share acquisitions.

He then became responsible for the strategic and financial planning of the Business Transformation project that had as objective to renew IT processes and systems in order to speed up time-to-market and improve the customer experience for Vodafone clients.

As  the manager of User Experience & Quality Online, he is currently responsible for the innovation strategy, the development and redesign of the Vodafone.it website (desktop and mobile), and of the email marketing focusing on simplification, personalization and continuous improvement of the customer experience in all phases of the online customer life cycle.
