Gavin Lew has over 25 years of experience in corporate and academic environments. Gavin founded User Centric, a global user experience research and design firm, in 1999 which was acquired by GfK in 2012. He leads global user experience research and design teams responsible for delivering useful, usable, and engaging experiences for all customer touch points across every industry. He is the lead inventor of several patents and a frequent presenter at conferences.
Gavin’s experience in corporate and academic environments have given him a strong foundation in user-centered design and evaluation. In addition to managing the user experience division, he holds particular expertise in mobile technology, healthcare, and global research projects.
Gavin is an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University, lecturer on faculty at Management Center Innsbruck, and recently joined Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine as an adjunct faculty member.
