Jiri will highlight how to combine analytics and market research to find target groups’ expectations, needs and concerns. As well as, how to set valid KPIs, goals, and defining business cases based on marketing research. He will also shed light on validating KPIs and their fulfillment throughout the process through user research.
Much of Jiri’s experience lies with online marketing and successful redesigns. A redesign of a major mobile operator’s website within Czech Republic (O2.cz) managed by Jiri brought outstanding commercial results, higher level of satisfaction of customers, and several notable awards. He’s also led and developed a team of UX specialists, researchers, and designers. As an independent consultant, he has gathered a large amount of experience with user approach and the production of digital strategies for complex online projects.
