For Videotron, one of the most important players in the Canadian telecommunications industry, the redesign of an iPad app was more than just an opportunity to create another great user-centered product. It was a chance to change the way large corporations approach design.
In this presentation, Vincent Levesque of Videotron and Marcio Leibovitch of Yu Centrik, will discuss how lean UX, extensive collaboration, and co-design helped break down internal silos to create alignment while building a unique second screen tablet app to enhance its customers’ TV experience. Our two presenters hope to inspire organizations to create and realize a shared vision.
