From New Zealand to Europe, from Africa to America, our conferences have taken us, and you, literally around the world. We want to give all of you, wherever you live, the opportunity to come and meet our experts and your colleagues, so keep an eye on future editions.
The 11th UX Masterclass brought together experts from the fields of user experience, innovation, customer research, and digital intelligence from Australia and around the world. The UX Masterclass in Sydney was hosted by PwC’s Digital Services, the Australian partner of the UXalliance. Set to the backdrop of Sydney’s Darling Harbour water views, 13 speakers from Australia and across the world shared their perspectives on the theme of ‘Leveraging the potential of UX’.
The 10th conference in the series was brought to New York by GfK. The day-long event, “UX and Market Research: Bridging the Gap,” focused on attracting, delighting, and retaining customers in a highly competitive, global marketplace. Presentations highlighted how to combine user experience and market research techniques to understand customer needs, design with the customer in mind, measure to retain competitive advantage, and -in short- ensure success.
For the ninth and latest edition of the UX Masterclass we moved to Bangalore, India. Our first Masterclass in the Asian continent was organized by UXalliance partner PeepalDesign. 25 speakers from over 20 countries represented the most successful UX companies in the world. In a stimulating environment, our experts shared their knowledge and thoughts with an interested audience, and attendees exchanged views and gained inspiration by comparing experiences and ideas.
The 7th edition of the UX Masterclass took place on 19th of April in Madrid. More than 28 UX professionals coming from 25 different countries shared their case studies and their most challenging UX global projects with the Spanish public. The UX Alliance, Xperience ConsultingOpens in new window and UserZoomOpens in new window brought the opportunity to share and discuss UX practices and tendencies to improve digital services and products.
The Marriott Courtyard Moscow City Center was the wonderful setting for the 6th edition of the Masterclass, the first UXalliance event to be held in Moscow. Hosted by UXalliance and UIDesign Group, this Masterclass offered its attendants interesting lectures on usability and UX related topics, besides an enlightening, at times hilarious, presentation on the most common stereotypes and cultural differences between countries which UX professionals need to be aware of.
Held in Johannesburg, the 5th UXalliance Masterclass mainly addressed issues relating to digital products by investigating the role of user experience in a product’s lifecycle. Top level UX experts shared their knowledge on best practices, recent developments and case studies from all over the world. They examined challenges and offered solutions; they discussed investment perspectives; and they shared their winning methodologies with an enthusiastic audience.
